Wellspring Learning Centers
Ray Wesnofske is a compassionate BCBA and Clinical Director of our Belle Meade center. She is experienced providing exceptional clinical care and leading teams within the ABA field. Ray seeks to promote the independence and dignity of every client and deliver quality ethical care. She is passionate about fostering a client-centered approach and has a proven track record of improving clinical outcomes through evidence-based strategies and effective team management. Ray earned her master’s degree in ABA from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
Jacey Hanna is a BCBA with 10 years of ABA experience providing clinical care, school care, and home care. She strives to promote connection and engagement with every client. Jacey is passionate about positively impacting the quality of life of both the children she serves and their families. Jacey is a PhD candidate at Capella University with research focused on communication and speech generative devices. She earned her master’s degree in ABA from Ball State University where she emphasized Autism and Child Development.
Our Belle Meade ABA team is filled with compassionate, experienced, and motivated individuals. Our BCBAs and RBTs are dedicated to creating a fun and nurturing environment for your child to grow. You can trust that your child will receive the highest level of care and attention from our Belle Meade providers.
Nikki Sneed is a compassionate and driven BCBA with extensive experience supporting individuals aged 2-25. With a strong background in clinical, community, and high-education settings, Nikki brings a comprehensive understanding to her work. She is deeply committed to fostering client independence through a client-centered approach, always tailoring interventions to meet everyone’s unique needs and goals. Nikki earned her master’s degree in teaching special education from Austin Peay State University and completed graduate coursework in ABA at Capella University.
Ellie Pedersen is Lead RBT at Belle Meade and is working to become a BCBA. She graduated from the University of the South with BA in Art and Psychology and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Behavior Analysis at Florida Institute of Technology. During three years as an RBT, Ellie has worked with a wide range of ages in a clinical-based setting. She is passionate about delivering high-quality, compassionate care and is excited to continue making a meaningful difference for the children and families she serves.
Originally from Florida, Mary Balthazar serves as a Lead RBT at our Belle Meade center. She graduated from Florida State University in 2014 earning her Master’s degree in Exceptional Student Education, specializing in severe and profound disabilities. She has been an RBT for 3 years and is currently enrolled in coursework at Florida Institute of Technology to obtain her BCBA. She is passionate about celebrating the small wins her clients make each and every day and is a firm believer that perspective changes everything.
Alex Olson was born and raised an “Army brat” and has lived all over the world, including Europe. She moved to Nashville with her two cats in February of 2025. Being a Military child, Alex grew a passion for meeting new people and making new connections at a young age. She has prior experience as a Retail/Social Media Manager, Nanny, and Registered Behavioral Technician. In her position as Office Administrator, Alex strives to create a welcoming and helpful environment for Wellspring staff, families, and tiny humans.

A professional autism diagnosis is not required for your child to enroll in our ABA therapy programs, but it may be necessary to utilize your insurance coverage.
Our full-time ABA therapy programs take place 30-40 hours per week, 6-8 hours each day. Our focused program takes place 10-25 hours each week, 2-5 hours each day depending on the needs of your child.
Unlike traditional preschools, your child does not need to be potty trained to enroll in our programs. If your child is experiencing toileting difficulties, that is a skill we can help your child develop through ABA.
At Wellspring Learning Centers, we firmly believe in the power of positive reinforcement as a fundamental pillar of ABA therapy. We integrate positive reinforcement techniques into each of our programs to support and motivate children in their developmental journey. Our approach includes utilizing praise, providing age-appropriate toys and items, and incorporating desired activities that are meaningful to each child.
